Robert Richards IV admitted to, and was convicted of, raping his 3-year-old daughter and sexually abusing his 19-month-old son. Richards is an heir to the DuPont fortune and because of his affluence his judge decided that he "wouldn't fare well" in prison, so this violent man was sentenced only to probation.
Sign this petition to tell the Delaware Judicial Conduct Commission- "A judge who gives preferential treatment to wealthy abusers should not be on the bench. Remove Judge Jan Jurden immediately."
